Our 2022 Annual Report highlights a year of growth, innovation, and impact. As we expanded our programs and employer partnerships, we supported thousands of refugees in securing meaningful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Key achievements include:

  • Co-leading Canada’s largest refugee hiring event
  • Strengthening the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP)
  • Launching new entrepreneurship cohorts to empower refugee-led businesses

With 1,839 refugees supported, 372 job placements facilitated, and growing engagement with employers nationwide, we remain committed to fostering economic inclusion for refugees in Canada.
