We’re excited to invite you to a two-part information session series, led by Jumpstart’s Senior Recruitment Partner Tony Jabbour, on the Welcoming Economy‘s Refugee Hiring Event (RHE) model—an innovative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused approach to connecting refugee talent with employers.

This model has been recognized nationally for its impact and has been featured as a Promising Practice by Pathways to Prosperity. These virtual sessions are designed for employment service providers, ecosystem partners, and community organizations who are interested in adopting or supporting the RHE model in their region and will provide a valuable opportunity to explore how to bring this model to your local network.

Tuesday, May 27 at 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST

What You’ll Learn:

What Makes the RHE Model Different:
The Refugee Hiring Event model is built to reduce barriers for jobseekers while increasing employer engagement and outcomes. It focuses on pre-screened, facilitated hiring conversations that lead to faster placements, stronger employer alignment, and an improved candidate experience.
