As an educator and innovator, Denis has led initiatives at Seneca, Humber, and Fanshawe Colleges, showcasing his commitment to workforce development and adult learning during transformative times. He holds a BA from Western University and an MEd from OISE at the University of Toronto.

Han Tran
Newcomer Services Leader
With over 20 years of experience in newcomer services, Han brings deep expertise in settlement and employment programs. She has successfully managed government-funded projects, introduced new program and operational models, and overseen financials and large teams. Han is committed to modernizing workforce strategies to enhance settlement services, while promoting cross-sector partnerships to create optimal outcomes for newcomers. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, a certification in Nonprofit and Voluntary Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University.
