Newcomer Services Leader
With over 20 years of experience in newcomer services, Han brings deep expertise in settlement and employment programs. She has successfully managed government-funded projects, introduced new program and operational models, and overseen financials and large teams. Han is committed to modernizing workforce strategies to enhance settlement services, while promoting cross-sector partnerships to create optimal outcomes for newcomers. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, a certification in Nonprofit and Voluntary Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University.
