The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to fully design and create visual content on their own, including videos, slide decks, graphics and reusable templates, without requiring external design support. They will work collaboratively with the Communications Manager to translate stories and content into cohesive, sophisticated design systems and motion pieces. They bring artistic precision, strong aesthetic instincts, and a genuine belief in design as a tool for empathy and inclusion.
