Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) and Jumpstart Refugee Talent work with Canadian employers to hire from a talent pool of over 100,000 skilled workers, who happen to be refugees or otherwise displaced.

TBB and Jumpstart will provide comprehensive support in job-matching, immigration advice, and relocation. Candidates will be pre-vetted and eligible for Canada’s Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot, a fast, simple, and cost-effective immigration program.
